About Me
Hi there! I'm Holly, the owner and massage therapist at Mind & Body Junction. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since December 2021, and I’m excited to be marrying my fiancé in October 2025! At home, I have two beloved pups who are a big part of my own therapeutic journey—spoiling them is one of my greatest joys!
Balancing life as a full-time student-athlete while trying to figure out who I was outside of those roles was a difficult personal journey. My lack of physical self-care and confidence in the game I had once loved left me struggling, both mentally and physically. At the end of my 2015 spring semester, I made the difficult decision to hang up my cleats in search of a more fulfilling path.
I then transferred to Blinn College and later graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science. While I didn’t find my true passion in that field, my journey led me full circle, back to my original love of helping others with their physical well-being. Seeking clarity, I began working at a chiropractic clinic as a floor technician. It was there that I discovered my calling in massage therapy.
The Story Behind Mind & Body Junction
Sports have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve loved competition, pushing my limits, and the confidence that comes with mastering a skill. Softball, in particular, was my passion. In 2014, I left for college to play for Abilene Christian University, with dreams of becoming a physical therapist, just like many others who are drawn to helping people.

My Mission: Healing Through Bodywork
Since becoming a massage therapist, I’ve learned so much about how physical, mental, and spiritual wellness contribute to our overall quality of life. I founded Mind & Body Junction to help people reconnect with their bodies, relieve pain, and restore movement through massage therapy. Whether through bodywork, education, or simply providing a safe space for healing, my goal is to support you in your wellness journey.
The mind-body connection is undeniable—when we care for both, we create, perform, and achieve incredible things.
Thank you for visiting my website! I hope you’ll join me on this path to wellness—whether through regular massage sessions or by learning self-care techniques you can practice at home.
